Boy It Sure Has Been Awhile

Well it has been months since I have posted anything. We are all doing good, Todd is now 36 years old and Shelbie turned 6 years old last week. Lizzie is doing great in school this year and her teacher is wonderful. Shelbie is loving kindergarten even though she is not crazy about her teacher(neither are we).

As far as my readin I have read all 4 books in the Twilight series and I just loved them. It has been a while where I read a book I had a hard time putting down. Right now I am reading The Host by the same author (Stephenie Meyer).

I have not been knitting that much, I kind of get tired when I knit-lol. But I did finish Lizzie's blanket and I am half way done with Shelbie's.

A couple of weeks ago we had a very bad ice storm here in Fayetteville Arkansas. Our trees all broke and we would be with out power for 6 hours at a time for like 4 days. It really sucked but I am happy that all is back to normal now. The girls missed a week of school because of the storm, so I wonder when the kids will have to make up those days.
